2019 CALL FOR PROJECTS

Members of the LabEx ECODEC are invited to submit research projects in one of the following subjects:

  • Area 1: Secure Careers in a Global Economy
  • Area 2: Financial Market Failures and Regulation
  • Area 3: Product Market Regulation and Consumer Decision-Making
  • Area 4: Evaluating the Impact of Public Policies and Firms’ Decisions
  • Area 5: New Challenges for New Data

Each project should contain a one-page summary of the project as well as the list of potential co‑authors or partners. A provisional budget should also be submitted. Please note that the budget has to be distributed according to the following topics:

  • Travel expenses
  • Services (e.g. conference room rental, translation services)
  • Personnel (research assistants)
  • Others expenses (e.g. purchase of goods, small equipment, data)
  • Equipment (> €4000)

Accepted projects will be awarded a grant of up to €5000. Exceptionnaly, organisation of conferences/regular seminars/workshops can arise to EUR 10.000. In exchange, the authors accept to publish their research outcomes as part of the LABEX working paper series. They also commit to acknowledge the LabEx ECODEC as one of their sources of funding when circulating their working paper and upon publication with the quote: this research is supported by a grant of the French National Research Agency (ANR), “Investissements d’Avenir” (LabEx Ecodec/ANR-11-LABX-0047).

…before December 14th, 2018, 8am.

Projects will go through the following process:

  • Pre-selection by the executive committee of each area on December 18th, 2018
  • Final selection by the steering committee on December 19th,
  • Notification of approval to projects applicants on December 21st, 2018.

Expenses will be refunded from January 1st, 2019. Budget lines can be modified during the life of the project by informing Pascal Sindonino, the Project Manager, but at least one month before the project closure.
